Why the Home Alarm is an easy choice
The home alarm offers reliable safety at home for people who live independently.
Easy to use
Simply press the button on the pendant to call for help wherever you are in the house or garden.
Easy to set up
The alarm can be self-installed in less than 30 minutes, with our Provisioning team guiding you through the process.
Backup battery
The base unit has a 38-hour minimum backup battery in case of a power outage.
Waterproof
The pendant is waterproof (IP67 rating) and can be worn in the shower or bath where slips and falls are common.
Free maintenance
If there are any issues with your alarm, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
No charging required
The pendant has 2 years' minimum battery life. When the battery is low, we will send you a replacement pendant for free.
4G enabled
The Home Alarm does not need a wi-fi connection, NBN or a landline phone to work. It works on the 4G network.
All inclusive
The unit comes with a pre-installed 4G SIM card. All call charges are included so there are no hidden costs.

Daily Call check-in service

How it works
Press the button
Press the Daily Call button between 6 am–11 am, so we know you are okay.
We follow up
If we do not hear from you by 11 am, we will endeavour to contact you or your Nominated Contacts to confirm your wellbeing.
Welfare check
If we cannot reach you or your Nominated Contacts by 3 pm, we will call emergency services to conduct a welfare check on you.
The daily check-in can be added to our Home Alarm service, providing an additional layer of safety. We confirm your welfare if you don’t check in every morning, offering peace of mind for you and your family.
