When you activate your alarm, the alert is sent to the MePACS Response Team. Our trained emergency response monitors respond as quickly as possible, usually within less than 2 minutes.
Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays, so help is always available when you need it.
MePACS' emergency response rely on two-way voice communication with our monitoring team. Unfortunately our service is not be suitable for people who are profoundly deaf, but may still be accessible for those with hearing difficulties.
Vision impairment is not usually a barrier to using a MePACS alarm. We offer a vibrating pendant option, which is more accessible for people with low vision or blindness.

No. MePACS does not have minimum term or lock-in contracts.
You can cancel the service any time without penalties or additional charges.
Accidental alarm activations can be quite common, so please don't worry.
MePACS responds to every alarm activation as though it is a genuine emergency to ensure your safety. If your alarm was activated by mistake, simply let us know when we respond that it was accidental and that you are safe and well. We are always happy to know that you are okay.
