MEPACS OFFERS TWO SERVICES:

1. Emergency Alarm Monitoring

This is our ‘panic button’ service using your pendant to summon assistance quickly whenever you need it.

2. Daily Calls

This inexpensive additional service allows you to let our Monitoring Service Centre know you’re OK each day.

You do this by pressing your Alarm Unit button between 6 am and 11 am

If we have not received your signal by 11 am, we contact you over the next 4 hours. If we can’t reach you we may arrange for one of your contacts to visit you.

Daily Call Monitoring is an additional service available with Emergency Alarm Monitoring.
