At MEPACS, we understand that you want the best for your loved ones. Often your loved ones want to remain independant in their own home but you are looking for reassurance that they will be ok without you being there every day.

We believe that the MEPACS Personal Assistance Call Service could be just what you are looking for - an additional level of assurance for your loved one.

MEPACS OFFERS TWO SERVICES:

1. Emergency Alarm Monitoring

This provides your loved one with the ability to press the pendant and quickly summon help when they need it.

2. A daily call

This inexpensive additional service allows our Monitoring Service Centre know that your loved one is ok each morning. If we haven't received a signal by 11am, we firstly attempt to contact your loved one but if we can't, we arrange for you or a friend or neighbor to visit to check on their welfare.
