What We Do

Information for assessors and referrers

The MEPACS Liaison Team is available between 7.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday to answer any of your questions about Clients applications, waiting times or any other details.

MEPACS currently receive online Personal Alert Victoria (PAV) applications via InfoExchange and Connecting Care. If you would like to discuss the e-referral system your agency uses, please contact the Liaison Team and we will arrange to receive your online applications.
