Step 1

To summon assistance, simply press your pendant button.

The signal from the pendant is received by the Alarm Unit in your home, which automatically transmits the alarm to our Monitoring Service Team by telephone line.

Step 2

Within 2 minutes, one of our Monitoring Service Team will have received your signal, and with instant access to your critical information, calls you back.

The Alarm Unit is like a powerful hands-free speaker phone, so we can talk with you and hear your answers.

Step 3

The Monitoring Service Team dispatches the appropriate help — we call one of your Contacts or the emergency services. Even if you can’t answer, we will send help straight away.

Step 4

The Monitoring Service Team advises one of your Contacts or next of kin when an emergency service as been dispatched to help.

Step 5

The Monitoring Service Team ensures you have received the assistance and that you are being cared for.
