Do you have a Seniors Card so you can take advantage of the installation discount?
Do you have mains power and a working home telephone line? Is the telephone point and the powerpoint on the same wall no more than 1 metre apart?
Are you a member of the Ambulance? An ambulance callout fee may apply if you do not have an ambulance membership and MEPACS needs to call one on your behalf.
Getting Started
Simply complete the MEPACS Application Form, attach the payment method for the installation and your first months Monitoring and send to:

Once we receive your application, we will contact you to arrange installation of your alarm unit. One of our installers will come to your home to install the alarm unit. Our installers have all undergone a Police clearance, are Austel licensed installers and will have identification with them.
