About MEPACS

MEPACS is one of the largest and longest established personal alarm services in Australia.

MEPACS services private clients as well as Government funded Personal Alert Victoria (PAV) Clients. MEPACS has been in operation since 1989 and as of November 2008, monitors 14,000 clients across Victoria.

From July 2009 MEPACS will service all Government funded PAV Clients equating to a total of 22,255 clients.

Our staff are courteous, caring and carefully trained to quickly recognise your needs.

MEPACS is a member of the Personal Emergency Response Services Association. We follow PERSA’s Code of Practice.
